Left Home for Home

Well well well. I'm not dead yet. Just the blog is (even kinda-ly).
I really feel I should compliment (or just write about) the past days I've skipped. But I don't know when I can. 

Anyways, below are some pictures from past few days, including today.


My last meal with family before leaving for Sapporo. I didn't took a picture of my parents, only the sister. It was a good pleasure to helping her studying. まあ、it'll be "only" five months at longest. 
Oh by the way, the restaurant, a buffet, was the best place to have the last dinner. I could try almost every Korean food I thought I'm gonna miss. 


Looks similar to the background picture of my blog. But the background one was near the shore (of East Sea, or Japanese Sea, or the sea between Korea(s) and Japan, or whatever), while it was in the middle of land. Well, I should admit that Hokkai-"do" is an island after all. I like it flat that wide and far, and the color, green-ish dark pale yellow (how the hell am I suppose to put the words in order?).

After walking few tens of minutes from Sapporo Station to the dormitory, with 30 kilograms of luggage, I finally got back to my room in half and a months, just as messy as when I was leaving it.

 I drank my first Orangina in Paris (thanks, mom!), and second one in Japan. In addition, first Lemongina in Japan. Three things are of my interest. 1. why isn't Orangina imported (or popularized) in Korea? 2. Lemongina?! 3. Why Lemongina has more of fluid in it?
And I should add one thing more. Why, or rather, how, is it cheaper (than similar drinks) in Korea? I'd expect a bottle of Orangina to be 130 Yen in Japan and 1,800 Won (=ca. 200 Yen) in Korea, both in a convenient store. A bottle of orange juice in Korea is usually around 2,000 Won. A can of Coca Cola is 1,300 Won and a Pepsi 1,100 Won. Hm, yeah, it's maybe thanks to Abe and his Abenomics. But considering the difference of GDP per capita or PPP per capita, it should be one and a half times more expensive in Japan. Reality hits you hard, bro.

Oh oh oh, I missed it quite a bit. Steak-made-by-me. Yesterday, I put too much salt. Today, I put olive oil. Better than yesterday's salty one, but I didn't like the oil with it. Well, it was edible anyway. I expect the next one to be much better.
